St. Cloud will celebrate winter with free comedy shows on January 30 downtown — five of six shows cost nothing — and a weekend of events including a macaroni and cheese crawl, toboggan relay, and winter parade through February 1.

Public Safety Foundation & St. Cloud Subaru teamed up today with the police department to distribute over 40 new winter coats to children ages 2 to 18 during freezing weather, and organizers plan another giveaway at the newly opened Community Outpost as additional coats remain available.

The Tri-County Humane Society in St. Cloud is showcasing Cindy, a 3-year-old mixed breed who is ready for adoption.

FIRST Robotics is calling on local volunteers to fill judging and support roles at the Granite City Regional robotics competition from April 8 – 11 at the River’s Edge Convention Center.
