- ➤ Buddy King has been named the new Community Engagement Manager at the Paramount Center downtown. He plans to expand arts access and build community partnerships — a move set to bring fresh energy to local events. WJON

- ➤ Realtor.com data showed that Stearns County median homes sold for $284,950 in November, up 3.6% from October & 9.6% from last November, while recorded sales dropped 7.9% compared to the previous year. St. Cloud Times

- ➤ High school sports scores from Saturday showed only Sartell won in boys' basketball while other local teams lost. Today, the schedule features boys' and girls' basketball games including Rockford vs New London Spicer and Milaca vs St. Cloud Cathedral. WJON
