- ➤ A survey from CareerForce MN and the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development shows that many students in the St. Cloud region are choosing local fields such as healthcare, manufacturing, education, transportation, and skilled trades. The findings indicate 27% plan to stay nearby to pursue stable, quickly accessible jobs. KNSI
- ➤ A recent report from the Minnesota State Demographic Center shows Central Minnesota gained much in migration, with affordable living drawing young workers and easing workforce shortages. The trend, which accounted for 42% growth in 2023, could boost local economic stability. WJON
