- ➤ The Huskies men's basketball team secured a 78-66 victory over Sioux Falls in the NSIC quarterfinals at St. Cloud State University, marking their 17th consecutive win. They will face the semifinal opponent from Southwest Minnesota State and Minnesota State on Monday at 4:30 p.m. WJON
- ➤ Micah Davis led the St. Cloud Crush at the state swimming championships Saturday, winning gold in the 200 Individual Medley and 100 Butterfly and helping his relay team secure silver; the team finished 5th overall while local stars from Sartell-St. Stephen posted strong finishes in Class A events. - ➤ Area baseball coaches attended the Starz of Tomorrow Baseball Academy’s Coaches’ Clinic on Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. in St. Cloud, where they practiced new drills and explored Trackman technology (tracking exit velocity and spin rates) ahead of the season. WJON
- ➤ St. Cloud Crush's Sutton Kenning claimed the 215-pound wrestling title on Saturday at the state championships, boosting local pride (with other area wrestlers earning medals). WJON
- ➤ Seven wrestlers from St. Cloud State qualified for the NCAA Tournament after finishing second at the Super Region V Championships in Marshall on Saturday, and four won region titles. They will begin tournament preparations in Sioux Falls on March 13 and March 14. WJON

Northland Bible Baptist Church will be hosting their annual Wild Game Dinner on Saturday, March 14th, at noon. Tickets must be purchased in advance and are only $15 for adults and $10 for children ages 3-7.
