- ➤ St. Cloud Symphony Orchestra will host its Leap Into Celebration concert at 7:30 p.m. this Saturday at SCSU’s Ritsche Auditorium (tickets: $30, $25, and $5). The event launches its 50th Anniversary and will feature young violinist Lorelei Schoenhard and six percussionists in a Latin-infused program. WJON
- ➤ Hundreds of book enthusiasts gathered at Books Revisited downtown for Independent Bookstore Day on Saturday, where the store offered 20% off signed editions, local art tote bags (designed by local artists) and complimentary refreshments. Author Jess Lourey signed copies from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m., with festivities ending at 6:00 p.m. WJON
