- ➤ St. Cloud police are searching for runaway 12-year-old Xaveria Stephenson, who was last seen Saturday at 8:30 p.m. near the 1700 Block of University Drive Southeast wearing a black hoodie labeled with 'Security' on the back, a grey tank top, black leggings, white socks and pink flip flops — she is new to the area and has no electronic devices. - ➤ St. Cloud police arrested 19 year old Bernard Bowens in Minneapolis on Tuesday, making him the third suspect in a fatal shooting that occurred on February 2 in the 200 block of 2nd Street Northeast — he is held in Benton County Jail on outstanding second and third degree murder warrants. WJON
