- ➤ The Minnesota State Fair announced its 15 BELLE Grant winners — three from Central Minnesota — to help cover costs for young livestock exhibitors. Each winner will receive $500 for large or $250 for small animals with mentoring provided to first-time participants. WJON
- ➤ At Sauk Rapids-Rice's graduation lock-in event Tuesday night, high schooler Kyle Zimmer won a 2012 Nissan Altima donated by Minnesota Truck Headquarters — 241 students enjoyed inflatables, bingo, and a photo booth during the annual celebration. WJON

- ➤ The St. Cloud Rox won 13-2 against the Bismarck Larks on Friday night at Joe Faber Field, led by pitcher Brock Toney and Cal Schmelzle’s standout debut. The team hosted Saturday's piggy bank giveaway and Quarter Drop night and will promote mental health awareness on Wednesday, June 3. WJON
