CULTURE NEWS
- ➤ This weekend the EAA will offer rides aboard a historic Ford Tri Motor at St. Cloud Regional Airport with tickets costing 105 dollars for adults and 85 dollars for children. Each flight lasts about thirty minutes—half in the air—and some proceeds will support local programs. WJON
- ➤ St. Cloud will host its 28th annual Juneteenth festival at Eastman Park on Thursday—organized by Higher Works Collaborative—running from noon to 7 p.m. and featuring art displays, tournaments, food trucks, games, live music and a Wonderland Kids Zone. KNSI
- ➤ Downtown St. Cloud welcomes the new BSide Indie Music Cafe—a live music venue—at 27 7th Avenue North in the former Oblivion Coffeebar building. The cafe will hold a soft opening this Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and a Saturday show from 5:30 p.m., with its grand opening and regular music events starting next weekend. WJON

- ➤ St. Cloud is inviting residents to shape the future of downtown by completing an online survey that uses an interactive mapping tool — so far, the city has received 600 responses and plans to finish the comprehensive plan between October and December. KNSI
- ➤ A resurfacing project on County Highway 81/3rd Street North, between Highway 15 and 12th Avenue North in Waite Park begins Monday—drivers will face lane closures with one lane open per direction—and is expected to run until mid-October.
