- ➤ City of St. Cloud is inviting residents to volunteer for the Adopt-a-Drain and Adopt-a-Pond programs—each volunteer will help keep drains clear and reduce pollution from trash in local waterways like the Mississippi River, Lake George, and the Sauk River.
