- ➤ Sartell is expanding its dining scene with new restaurants like Jade Garden, Mr. D’s and Billy’s that have opened this year. Other spots including Panera Bread, House of Pizza and Three Tees Golf & Social will open next year and in early 2026—bringing a mix of cuisines and family-friendly options to town. St. Cloud Times
- ➤ Haven Breeze, a family-owned spa, opened on Nov. 1 in Sauk Rapids to offer head spa treatments, waxing, lash lifts and eyebrow lamination. Owner Jaimee Kath plans to expand the business with additional providers — aiming to bring more personalized services soon. St. Cloud Times
ECONOMY NEWS
- ➤ Gas prices in Minnesota increased 13.4 cents per gallon this week to $2.99 due to refinery issues in the Great Lakes — a drop in gasoline inventories also kept prices high as Thanksgiving nears. WJON

- ➤ Realtor.com data shows that in August, Stearns County's median home sale price fell to $290,000—down 3.3% from July—with single-family homes dropping 2% and condominiums rising 12.2%, while overall recorded sales decreased slightly compared to last August. St. Cloud Times
SPORTS NEWS
- ➤ The St. Cloud Technical and Community College volleyball team will travel to Cedar Rapids for the NJCAA Division III tournament from Thursday through Saturday — their first national appearance since 2017. Coach Heidi Smith said the team—composed of eight sophomores and four first-year players—will face #5 seeded Sandhills on Thursday at 3:00 p.m. WJON
